GrainFather Fermenter Controller Replacement Back Plate

We are a group of friends that brew beer as a hobby and use the popular GrainFather product line to brew five-gallon batches of beer.

Side note; the tap ran dry on our last Super Bowel brew, to great accolades!!!!

Anyway, it turns out that the removable controller for the GrainFather fermenter was accidentally dropped and broke off one part of the mounting tab that allows you to hang it on the side of the fermenter.

GrainFather will sell you a replacement controller. But not a single plastic part for the controller itself.

I said hey I can 3D print a replacement and thus a learning adventure ensued on this very complex part!!!!

The reason the original part was dropped and broken is that; frankly it is a bit fussy to fit on the fermenter and takes a deft touch to get it to mate properly.

It took many iterations to get it right; adjusting ½ mm here and there. I also over-size the top hanging flange and changed the radius to make it more robust and index better on the f
