Decided to make some Grateful Dead themed coasters for a friend's birthday. I printed these with Hatchbox Wood filament. Coaster dimensions are 4.75 in OD x .15 in thickness for the larger version (pictured) and 4 in OD x .13 in thickness for the smaller. Enjoy!
One print setting that will make the top surface smoother is to have thicker top and bottom layers, I believe my top and bottom layers were .75 mm for a .15 mm layer height (so 5 layers).
