I recommend printing in thin layers (use variable layer height in Prusa). To further smoothen the surface you may use a piece of fine sandpaper. The hexagon needs to be glued to the bottom (there's a marking there that will show you the right spot and orientation).

You may use the small clip-on part to temporarily block unwanted entrances, particularly for using only one of the two passage-ways.
