I wanted to expand my marble run project by buying another Gravitrax set, but my father said that I can just 3D print them. I then decided to print some curves similar to the original by myself. Firstly, I printed 10 curves of another person, but the rings occupy more space and costs 116 grams of filament. I then wanted to print some more of them but then I thought of this clip-in design from ImShogun. Using my design skills, I merged the lCurve and the sCurve to create this piece and also made some changes to it such that there are only 2 holes to pry the ring out to make it look like one of the tiles of the original model/Thing. Plus, printing 13 such curves compared to 10 of another person's curve I mentioned earlier only uses up 11 grams more filament! However, this only applies with my print settings shown below.
So, enjoy printing these curves with the amazing clip-in hex ring system! Instructions are on the 3rd picture.
