A separate axle is not needed anymore. It is integrated into the plate which also has additional lanes.

Print plate bottom down. The ring is printed separately (upside down) and glued into the plate bottom. Depending on the accuracy of your printer you may have to sand down the pendulums a bit so they move easily.
