Fixed 2 flaws on the GRAVITrax TOWER UpGrade KIT:
1. The star crossing insert is floating up in the air, which wastes more effort and filament by using more support structure than its supposed to be.
2. The tower has an star crossing insert at the bottom of the tower that is not aligned perfectly within the base, causing marbles not to roll well at the bottom of the tower.
In addition, I made the floating base at the top of the tower solid for better printability.
