First time I've sculpted the majority of a mini vs kitbashing it. It's an intimidating undertaking but watching MW Sculpt's tutorials and using the free hand and armature posers from his gumroad as a base really helped. Make sure to check out his links if you're debating giving it a try:

Anyways I did a little redesign for the Gray Maiden's in preparation for an upcoming campaign in which I'm hoping to give Korvosa an aesthetic a little closer to that of Dishonored with that grungy Victorian industrialism.
