An extruder I've remixed from a few Things
Totally changed this after having a few day printing with the other one and finding a few faults.
Instructions:
Drill out and clean all bolt holes, all are M3, except the M8 hobbed bolt hole and the filament feed which is 3.2mm - 4mm depending on what drill bit you have.
Slide the e3d hotend in to the extruder, it should be quite snug.
Slide the front fan housing on to the hotend/extruder, that should be snug too, then slide on the back fan housing, again, snug!
Bolt the front fan housing to the extruder (2 x 25mm M3 bolts, 2x M3 nuts)
Slide the idler shaft on to a standard 608 skate bearing, then add it to the idler.
Fix the Idler on to the extruder (1 x 25mm M3 bolt, 1 x M3 nut)
Now add the big gear on to the extruder (M8 hobbed bolt, Big gear, printed washer, 608, 608, M8 nut)
Now slide the extruder on to the clamp plate, the back fan housing part should fit nicely on to the two guide pins on the plate.
Then bolt t
