A 3D-printed tealight holder in cube form, inspired by the Mac Pro front, can be produced without support structures by adjusting the design to avoid overhangs. Design Structure: • The cube has four perforated sides with Mac Pro-style holes. These should be slightly rounded or angled to print without overhangs. The top is open to insert the tealight. Material Choice: • PLA for electric tealights, PETG for real candles, as it is more heat-resistant. Print Settings: • Orientation: Cube with the open top facing upward. • Wall Thickness: 2-3 mm for stability. • Infill: 10-20%. • Layer Height: 0.2 mm for good detail. • Speed: 40-50 mm/s, especially on the perforated sides. Post-Processing: • Minimal post-processing is required since no supports are used. Use: • Electric Tealights: Ideal for PLA. • Real Candles: Only with heat-resistant materials like PETG. This design creates beautiful light patterns and is easy to print without support structures.
