As a starting point I used the 3x3 bin from this post:

I loaded the above step file into Meshlab, resaved as STL, then modified in Blender (yeah, I know, no longer the preferred step file but on my OS/system and with my skills that worked best. Get over it, I'm a no pro).
For modification I stretched the height to fit my thermal roll and then added side cutouts to hold the axel. This perfectly fits the 473 count 4x4.5" thermal roll from UPS on
