Just over a year ago, my father passed away. I created this design on the anniversary of his passing. Grief is a difficult thing to talk about, and for those of us closest to the person that's passed away, there is so much to be done in the aftermath that we don't often have time to stop and process how we feel. I was a full time carer for my father for the last few years of his life, and whilst it was hard, looking back I wouldn't miss one minute of the time I spent with him and only wish we'd had more time.
