I don't like the wall system from the most popular wargaming company, so I created my own that goes together easier using magnets. These should all print without supports on an FDM printer with the flat surfaces against the build plate.
You'll need 5mm x 1mm round magnets for assembly. Be very careful to make sure you keep the orientation of the magnets consistent!
To assemble the hatch wall you'll need a piece of rod (like a paper clip) and if your FDM print is tuned as poorly as my Ender 3, you'll also need a pin vise. My steps for assembling the hatch walls were:
* Print off 4 matching door & wall files along with the hinge (the hinge works for all 3 door combos)
* Remove any elephant's foot with sand paper, files and/or a hobby knife
* Drill out all the hinge parts with a pin vise.
* Glue the two parts of the door together, being careful to center the smaller half as best as you can.
* Attach the hinge parts together with a paper clip
* Put a drop of super glue on the
