Grinder scale - Eureka Mignon mod

Do you like the taste of coffee like me ??? I got a great Lelit Mara X coffee maker and an Eureka Mignon Specialita grinder. It delivers. But like all coffee enthusiasts I want to improve the quality of my espresso. The challenge is repeatability. How did I make that great coffee yesterday ???What is the correct settings for the grinder ? When is it time to stop drawing the coffee ?What is the correct tampering pressure ? This model takes the great Eureka Mignon to next level: grinding to exact weight.
