Grippy drill bit handle

I adore the drill bit handle designed by DaVinci2000, but wanted something a little easier to hold onto, especially on sweaty summer days. The nut and arms are exactly the same. All I've done is modify the handle.

NOTE: The original has some discussion about keeping the drill and mill bits from sliding about. I solved this (permanently) with my own bits by introducing some heat shrink tubing. Of course, this prevents them from fitting nicely in any case they might have shipped in, but maybe that's not a problem for you. It isn't for me.
