Cross section area of each hook is 0.16 in^2 ...

Thus maximum force on each hook is 858 pounds.

Keep in mind that the calculation is for a solid ABS plastic bar. The hooks are also weaker than the extensions holding them. It should be strong enough for any use though.

EDIT: Tested up to 76 pounds per hook, so far (that's 9 gallons of milk)
