I planned to modify my CO2 pistol, the Gletcher Tokarev TT-33, just like in the YouTube video by “turbo15100”
Gletcher TT non-blowback to blowback

He used a Dremel to cut the groove for the O-ring on the valve. That’s quick, but it looks pretty rough.
Since I didn’t have a lathe to make it neater, I needed an alternative. Using this holder for a key file, you can file a clean groove into the valve, though unfortunately it takes a lot of time and effort. It takes many turns and you have to press the file in with force. Clean it from time to time. It’s also important to use a new file; mine was already quite old. Afterward, just deburr the groove with sandpaper and insert a suitable O-ring. I made the groove 1 mm deep and used an 8 mm O-ring.
The return spring also needs to be replaced. For this, I ordered the 0.8mm x 150mm x 15mm springs from the “Seiko Hardware Store” on AliExpress. You might also want to order the 100mm length
