First things first: this design is based almost entirely on the work of adiasmesquita https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3935950 and Ibravo5495 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4249710. My changes are minor, but nice, IMO.
I redesigned this to use more common hardware that should be able to be purchased at your local hardware store. Instead of brass inserts, I designed it to work with much more common M5 nuts. For the grip material on the bottom, I bought the cheapest bicycle tube I could buy. I cut out pieces slightly over-sized and washed them well to get any of that powder off it. I used some heavy grit sandpaper to scuff up the inside so glue would stick better. I used Loctite Super Glue made for plastic (black bottle, blue top) and glued the rubber to the pieces. I made sure to cut the rubber a little long so that it could wrap up around the front and back edges to help keep it from peeling off. Full hardware listing below:
2x M5x 3/4" bolt - Handle
12x M5x 1" bolt - Main b
