Two-stages worm gear. Ratio - 1485. According to calculations from a design accelerator, when motor rpm are n1=1485 and the motor torque is T1=0,034 Nm - the output torque will be T2=14 Nm (not 0,034x1485=50,49 Nm). When n1=1485 rpm and T1=0,034 ---> n2=1 rpm and T2=13,97 Nm When n1=500 rpm and T1=0,0425 ---> n2=0,34 rpm and T2=17,13 Nm When n1=80 rpm and T1=0,052 ---> n2=0,05 rpm and T2=20,96 Nm When n1=1 rpm and T1=0,053 ---> n2=0,00 rpm and T2=21,38 Nm When motor shaft rotates with 1485 rpm, the output shaft will rotates with 360 deg per minute (1 rpm) and for 3 seconds the rotation angle of the output shaft will be (360/60)*3=18 deg.
