This is my stab at a GT2560 enclosure. I upgraded by CR-10s for dual extrusion with a GT2560A+ board. Additionally, I upgraded the hotbed to a AC silicone heater. This means instead of a giant mosfet for the hotbed, I have a solid state relay (SSR) I have to mount. By moving to an AC powered hotbed I was able to downgrade the power supply to an external 12V DC brick freeing up lots of room in the enclosure. I run octoprint so I also have mounting points on the top for raspberry pi 3B/B+
The columns on the inner wall are for support and alignment between the top and bottom halves. This will be very snug!
I also includes lots of location for tie downs for the wire routing internally.
I found myself redesigning the back panels a lot for my needs, so I made them separate pieces that can be customized to your needs. Because of this I had to add some diagonal supports to keep the walls straight while printing. These easily snip off afterwards.
