GT2 pulley

I'm still very new at this and didn't found yet how all this works, but when you print this pulley at 95% ( you can set this in Slic3r ) , then it fits exactly with a GT2 belt .

I made a version 2 and I would advise you to use this one:

In this version I made the holes and the place for the M3 nut a bit bigger so they fit better . In version 1 , I still needed to pass with a drill in the holes afterwards.
The only difference for the teeth is that I made them 2mm higher, just to have a litle bit more room ( now the fit was rather tight ... )
