A Fusion 360 parametric model of a GT2 pulley I made for a mod I'm designing.
Just change the sizes (number of teeth, pitch, belt width etc.) in the parameter list and the model will update. I have put the main parameters in the favorites list so they are easy to find. Drill down into the user parameters to find additional parameters and equations.
Hope you find it useful.
(Ignore the STL - it's just so i can publish the fusion model...)
EDIT: 27-JAN-2019
I found a bug where the tooth sketch could "flip direction" and the model wouldn't update. The grub screw holes could also have a mind of their own due to placing them on a cylindrical face. I found a work around and both issues should now be fixed.
I have also added a simple belt length calculation to determine the min belt length required between 2 pulleys for a given spacing. If you add a tensioning system then you'd need to increase the belt length accordingly (beyond the scope of this template).
