A tool to aid in consistency for in vitro cell motility (scratch) assays. There are two versions. The one without the cross supports is a bit more flexible.
Simply place the guide tool into two wells of a 6 well plate. Using a 1 mL pipette tip, scratch away the line cells. Move the guide to the next pair of wells and repeat the scratches.
