The downfalls of cghildreth's design:
* I didn't dig the linear bearing. it made too much noise and had far too much play.
a sleeve that can be replaced serves my purposes better.
* No need for set screws its all press-fit.
Yes, both components are Press-fit
* I couldn't find the linked bearing for sale anymore
Post-Process:
Requires light sanding.
inner sleeve bore should be drilled and reamed to 8mm and some change
The bearing can be found by searching GE15C on Amazon or AliEx, and can be had for less than 10$
