Gurtner PY carburetor float

Gurtner PY carburetor float used in a lot of 50cc mopeds.
I designed this one for my Peugeot Ludix because my original carburetor float broke and a new one is rare and expensive

Print flat on bed with supports all around with a 0.1 or 0.15 layer height and made from PETG. Print with multiple perimeters so it will be water tight and with 5% infill so it will be very light and work properly.

THIS PART MUST BE PRINTED FROM PETG OR IT WILL MELT IN GASOLINE!!!

Some clean up and sanding may be necessary in the needle area.

I have been using it for a few months and do not have problems so far.
