Mount for a gutter down spout, particularly the PVC Severe Weather brand found at Lowes. Designed to mount down spout to 4x4 post easily with snap in installation and hidden fasteners. The only ones sold at lowes have mounting tabs on the sides which would miss the 4x4 when mounting. I painted mine with a UV clear coat out of a rattle can so it can last for a while.
