My wife needed a expander-stick for her workouts. This one is easy to DIY ;)
Print two caps for the endings. These can withstand enough force for all regular expander bands.
In the middle a multicolor print for motivation ;)
The stick is simple wood, length 1m wrapped around with grip tape.
