Updated from @GaryHodgson, all credit to original author. I simply removed the base and flattened the gyroid mesh to better adhere to a bed.
Scale:
This is a really nice model for being from 2012, very smooth. I scaled the original model 225% X and Y and 360% Z, (112x113x179mm or 4.5x4.5x7in) which fit comfortably on my Prusa MK3.
Supports:
You will need selective supports. I say selective because the auto support will generate in the middle of the product where you'll have a hard time removing them, but those inner solids will print just fine without supports. There are some hanging portions on the outside of the model that will require supports. I used the Paint-On Supports tool in PrusaSlicer 2.3.0 to pick and choose where I wanted them (see images)
