A Mitsubishi Delica L400 Series 2 highbeam bulb holder. Modeled on the H1 halogen bulb holder and modified to fit an LED replacement where the fan sticks out the back. Inner hole diameter is 15.75mm. Fits the stock retention spring but is tight.
