H2D Dual PTFE Adapter

Here is a two in one PTFE adapter for the H2D. I know there are several on makerworld, but I could not get any of them to work reliably. I made this one and tested it quite a bit to get the perfect feed on both sides. I also added a 4mm nipple in the outlet for perfect feed. I used PTFE ECAS04 connectors from Amazon here: Amazon Link which are push to fit, but can be glued into place. I used ASA black for the connector which should hold up to the heat that is generated in the chamber. Please let me know if this works for you, what changes you would like to see or any advice would be great. Thank you
