H2D Enclosure Latch

100% Printed parts!This latch was created for a custom H2D enclosure built out of 1" thick R-Tech Insulation. All components are 3D printed! High-temp filament for the screws which touch the body of the H2D. 1" edge step for the latch attachment offset so the two bodies close completely around the H2D. The latch attachment piece is made of two bodies to increase the quality of the internal threadsThe screw threads are made up - 0.1mm clearance between the bolt thread and the nut thread so, take that into mind when picking your filament. ASA will shrink a little, Silk PLA will expand a little, etc. To accommodate easy threading of the nuts, there is a step in on the bottom, after printed you will need to debur them. TWO types of latches here - both print well but the two piece has more flair. For the two piece latch, print and insert the pins - might want to try printing the pins on a separate build plate or shrinking them down a bit - pick a filament that doesn't have much
