H2D Purge bin

a simple purge bin for the H2D. I designed this to fit my need and location of my printer. Uploading for anyone with similar need. It's just a straight bin no chutes etc which I've never found to be that good.It's slim to fit behind the printer if there is a small space and uses the larger build volume of the H2D.
