H2D Side spool holder / TPU compatible

Improving (imo) the original Bambu side mount spool holder to include a detatchable side spool holder. For my setup feeding the filament from the bottom of the spool and up into the PTFE was hard work. This positions the PTFE so that the filament can be fed over, and in, making it easier for tighter spaces. Bambu have made a specific input for TPU filament and specify Right nozzle only (as it doesnt move). This was part of the design and PTFE routing (detailed at the end).
