Vibration isolation cage for the Zoom H2N microphone. Has an optional baseplate which you can attach to a tripod head; the 6x6 nuts can be used to attach the plate (and also to more firmly attach the mic to the cage.

Use a rubber band threaded through the teeth to suspend the inner cage in the exterior one.
