Hair Stacker for fly tying

I noticed that my ties were not looking good, the elk hair was uneven. So I looked into it. I saw that you can use a hair Stacker to even out the tips of the elk hair. I didn't want to spend $10 on a plastic one. So I attempted to design my own. It holds just the right amount of hair for most ties.
