Simple, easy to print, low filament use, high detail! I have played around with the orientation and found the position in the profile to be best. It minimizes supports (see pic) while keeping the plate contact area on toward the back of the skull. If you find a better way, by all means, please let me know so I can adjust it! A small amount of post work needs to be done. The tree support snaps off very easily. However, the plate-contact portion needs some cleaning. I used an exacto to slice away the brim and sanded gently with some 600 grit. Using the SMOOTH PLATE greatly reduced the amount of touchup required. The skull scales pretty well and is a good test for the printers at small sizes. I have not gone bigger than about 4cm across the cheek bone, but I have printed one smaller than a cm with the .4mm and it came out really well (albeit kinda useless!). Enjoy!
