This is a replacement box to add aquarium filter activated carbon replacing the original carbon activated block (that I didn't found anywhere to buy).
The cover fits with a little gentle push. and you slide it in replacing the old carbon block.
Prefer the small rocks style of carbon, the pellet one has smooth surfaces, it doesn't work that good. (tested it with both)
