Hamburger Hill - The location of the Battle of Hamburger Hill May 1969 during the Viet Nam War (about the center of the map). Constructed using 1 arcsecond resolution SRTM data from the Space Shuttle (about 1 million facets). I know it's a giant file but, it looks great...can't wait to print it (well, look up above...I did!). It was made using a new and, as yet, unreleased version of SRTM2STL. The source code for creating files at 3 arcsecond resolution is available up on github under the GNU license. Go to github and search for SRTM2STL.
