Hello ! This is my first redesign for the Anycubic i3 Mega. I was unhappy (like everyone else) about the floppy sensor support design and the random feed path for the filament. I am mixed several other design for this....
> Fixed mounted sensor closer to the filament reel
> In line pullies to have straight feed path
> Pullies multiplies the force for the feed gear to elimiate any slipping and should make the feed stepper motor happier
> support with good angles from reel and angled to the feed assembly
Printed with PLA 0.2 at 50% infill.
Its worked well for several weeks so hopefully it will work for you too. Enjoy.
