This is a remote control holder for a Hampton Bay ceiling fan remote, that was missing the bracket. It's not perfect, but does the job, and now I know where to find the damned thing.

Mounts to a standard, single gang wall switch, using the original hardware.

Added the holder STL as well, if you want to modify it to your wall plate of choice.
