This is my first attempt at making a hand router plane. I based it off of Veritas router plane blades similar to https://www.leevalley.com/en-us/shop/tools/hand-tools/planes/blades/67484-plane-blades-for-the-veritas-router-and-hinge-mortise-planes?gclid=Cj0KCQiAsbrxBRDpARIsAAnnz_OqsdyhbMNX4OlamGYPlkNTwNoMiXuPLB7oj9WOhY9eszNhm9jaK7waAg-fEALw_wcB
I did not have one physically to measure so the design may need some tweeking. The screws to adjust the blade height and lock the blade in place are just M4-0.70 and should be readily available from any hardware store.
If the plane works well and once I get the kinks ironed out this would be interesting to try the lost-PLA metal casting method to make an iron plane that could stand some wear and tear that I'm sure the 3D printed polymers will not.
