Needed it, designed it and printed it.
Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
To assemble the handle you need the following:
4x M3x20 screws
2x M3x30 screws
2x M3 nuts
4x M3 rings
If your printer is not precise enough you can use glue on the screw thread.
The internal thread of the base part is an M8x15 fits perfectly on the Thrustmaster TH8A
