Handle Cover Outer Frame for APtrikes125

This is an external frame for Komine handlebar covers, made for use on APtrikes 125, where the left hand is busy operating levers.
It is used by sewing it to the opening of the handle cover with string.
The screw holes in handle_cover__outer_frame_01.stl are spare holes for attaching a watch or something, and they have no use at the moment.
To make the handle cover easier to use on APtrikes125, you can further use the following TIPS together.
- The entire switch box is housed inside the handlebar cover.
- Drill a hole in the cover and thread it through the hole in the grip end to prevent the cover from moving back and forth
