This is a handle for warding files.
Dies ist ein Handgriff für Schlüsselfeilen.

compatible with max. file diameter of 3mm:
Kompatibel mit max. Feilenhalsdurchmessern von 3mm

Insert the file neck as far as you can by hand and then insert it deeper carefully(files can break easily) with help of a rubber hammer.
Den Feilenhals so weit wie möglich per Hand in den Griff einbringen und dann vorsichtig(Feilen brechen leicht) mit einem Gummihammer bis Anschlag einhämmern.
