Here is a hanging phone mount which is designed to mount on a 5mm wide rail. In my case it's the girts or top hat channel in my shed/garage but you can hang it off any lipped edge.
Hanging edge goes down 20mm and is 5mm deep.
Phone Cradle size is 70mm wide.
V2 is 76mm wide and has a larger overall mount. Better for phones with large cases.
Printing on its side will be stronger but up and down is fine (Quicker).
