Hanging spool holder

Spool holder designed for the MTU MOST Delta printer, but adjustable for probably many other printers. Feel free to extend it for yours!
Search for B4PRINT in source to see what to change, but in a nutshell:
1. ensure spool dimensions are correct
2. ensure the hook will hang as you'd like
The code is set up with a "simple" hanging scheme, but I have ideas for others. If you have a specific design you want for your printer (to place the spool somewhere convenient or have multiple spools on one hanger) extend the code and drop me a note! I have included a quick spool model with this code and the "%" modifier is used to show the spool and the crossmember for debugging/design. It does not get included with the final .STL. (See screenshot.)
v2 includes more code comments, the .STL output does not change between versions.
