Harbor Freight Knife Wave Mod

This is a modification to the Gordon Challenger knife made by Harbor Freight. This mod allows the blade to deploy as it is removed from a front pocket.

In additon to the 3D printed part, you also need a pan head M4-.70 x 10 screw and a M4-.70 locking nut. Make sure to change the pocket clip to a "tip up" configuration.

The thumb stud is press fit together. Remove the thumb stud by holding both sides of the stub and slowly twisting until the parts separate. Then install the 3D printed wave with the screw and the locking nut.
