If your like me, you have a bunch of Harbor Freight free little flashlights sitting around. Well I like the switches on the bottom. When the light goes poof I save them. Well I made a switch adapter so I could use them on other projects. I tried threading them, but with little success, so I finally came up with a size for it that lets you screw the switch in, kind of cutting the threads as you go.

1- Print part (I used PLA)
2- Cut two wires to whatever length you want. (I used 18 gauge)
3- Strip them and bend them as in the picture. The top one is split into a T shape
The bottom one is bent into a circle to fit in the middle. On this one I soldered the loop
to be sure the spring on the switch would connect. On the top one I found that leaving it unsoldered is best because it needs to compact.
3- Push wires through the holes from the center out.
4-Assemble the switch, being careful to start the threads straight. (I put the assembly gently into a wood vice to keep
