Double Hat Hook for amazon VASAGLE Coat Rack https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0786BN4WY .I designed this as I was tired of my hats taking up the coat hooks on the back of the rack. This hook can fit on the sides and front of the rack at the top. The hook may also fit on other round rods. The diameter is about 24.5mm.
