Hawsan Airsoft Shotgun APS Shell Conversion

A conversion kit for a Hawsan Airsoft Shotgun, to use APS Shells.

Printing:
All parts with 100% infill

1x Shell Extractor 0.1mm (No supports, maybe brim)
2x Valve Pusher 0.1mm (Supports on Buildplate)
2x Chamber Sleeve 0.2mm (Supports on Buildplate)\

Be careful when removing supports.

Warning: The chamber sleeves might need sanding on the outside, it is a VERY tight fit. Be carefull when pushing the sleeves in, they are thin. I used the back end of a hawsan shell to push it all the way in without breaking them.

The pusher ends might protrude from the holes, even in the back position, to fix this just cut off a small piece until they're just short enough. 1mm should be enough.

These designs are made with fdm printing in mind and might need additional fitting with other printing types.
