HD-64 mini HDMI support

i love the HD64. it actually makes me choose my real c64 over the c64 ultimate often. but the mini hdmi connector always worries me because it seems fragile. esspecially with the 1541 ultimate serial cable fighting for same space. i created a small support to give the hdmi cable a bit of relieve. as always its created for my own use, but shared in case somebody finds it useful .
